View Spend Amount by Card:
View the total spend amount for each card. Track expenses and identify potential issues that require attention at the card level.
Creating Cards: When creating a card, you’ll have the opportunity to create a physical or virtual card. Consider the use requirement for the card before selecting (i.e. travel, subscriptions, per diem meals, bills, etc.) Utilizing Card Templates: You can create card templates for commonly issued card types (i.e. employee meal cards, travel cards, etc.). Templates can save you time in configuring fields and help maintain consistent settings across employees. Card templates, once created, can be used by employees to request cards as well. Managing Card Requests: Review and take action on card requests, such as approving, declining, or making edits to requested cards. |
Viewing Card Details: Access detailed information about each card such as card limits, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time), and restrictions such as allowed or blocked merchants and categories. Simply click on the card name to view additional details. Modifying Card Limits and Restrictions: You can edit card limits, frequency, and restrictions directly from the Card View. |

Request Card: When initiating a new card request, you will be prompted to choose between a physical or virtual card option. Select custom card or select from the templates your company has created. Note: once approved, physical cards typically require a delivery time of 3-4 days to reach your location. Virtual cards are instantly available for online purchases, such as software, advertising, office lunches, office equipment, and more, once they are approved. |
By offering both physical and virtual card options, we provide flexibility to cater to different needs and timelines, ensuring you have the appropriate payment method for your needs.
Note: while Admins have the authority to create cards, Accountants may only request a card. They may not create cards for themselves or other employees.
Here is a full walk-through of how to request a card.
Searching Cards & Viewing Card Status:
As an Accountant, you can access information regarding all cards associated with the company account. You can easily search for specific cards based on employee names or card nicknames. Additionally, you can also filter and view cards based on their status, including active, frozen, or terminated.
Editing Card Details:
As an accountant, you cannot edit card limits/restrictions or delete/terminate a card. Only an account admin holds edit authority.
However, accountants can freeze cards when a card is reported lost, stolen, or found to be compromised.
