Cashback at the End of Each Billing Cycle
When you make eligible purchases, your cashback accumulates throughout the billing cycle. This cycle typically runs from the first day to the last day of each month. Rather than receiving cashback immediately after each transaction, we apply your total cashback balance at the end of the billing cycle.
When Will I See My Cashback?
On the 1st of each month, you’ll notice an increase in your cashback balance. This reflects the total cashback earned from your purchases during the previous month. For example, if you earned cashback from purchases in August, you will see that amount applied to your account on September 1st.
Where Will I See My Cashback?
You can view your cashback in two places within your account:
- Payments Tab: Your total accrued cashback is displayed in the top right corner of the payments page. This shows the amount you can apply toward your next payment.
- Transactions Tab: Go to the statements section from the transactions page. Each statement provides a breakdown of the cashback earned and any amounts redeemed for the month.
