If you're expecting an automated email from Finfare and haven't received it yet, here are a few recommended steps to assist you in locating the email.
Check Spam/Junk Folder: Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, legitimate emails can get filtered out as spam.
Search Inbox: Try searching your inbox for “Finfare” to locate any emails that might be escaping your view.
Allowlist Sender: Please allowlist our domain, Finfare.com, within your email client (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL, etc.). This will also help prevent future emails from Finfare from being marked as spam.
Have your IT add our email addresses to an ‘allow list’: Emails coming from Finfare will be sent from the following:
- alerts@t.finfare.com
- no-reply@finfare.com
Check Other Folders, Filters, Rules: Emails might be sorted into different folders, such as Promotions, Updates, or Social. Check these folders. Have you set up any email filters or rules that might be directing Finfare emails to a specific folder or label?
Email Service Outages: Are you getting emails from any person/source? It’s possible your email service is experiencing outages or issues that might be affecting the delivery or display of emails. If you have a personal email address, try sending your business email address an email to test.
Webmail vs. Client: If you have access to both webmail and a desktop email client, check both platforms to ensure the emails aren't being displayed on one but not the other.
Incorrect Email Address: Are you a new customer or did you recently update your email address in Finfare? It’s quite possible that your email address was entered incorrectly while signing up or when it was recently updated. Give our Support Team a call so that we can verify we have the correct email address on file for you.
